Treatment Foster Care Program
The Martin Pollak Project's Treatment Foster Care Program (TFC) is a community-based family focused program providing comprehensive services to seriously emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents. A treatment team consisting of foster parents, birth family/significant others, service providers, the Case Manager of the referring agency, and the Case Manager of The Martin Pollak Project develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of the children and families. Enriched Structural Family Therapy is the therapeutic model of service provision. Treatment Foster Care is committed to the continuum of services provided by our agency to facilitate and ensure safety, permanency, well-being, and independence of youth.
