We believe in the importance of measuring results so we can better learn from our successes and failures and document our work for our supporters--as individual contributors and as taxpayers in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

In Maryland, we have recently implemented a state-of-the-art web-based system called Efforts-to-Outcomes created by Social Solutions, Inc. In the District, we use the city's own FACES case management system.
